I had the king of the dogs and then waffle and ice cream. Everything was hot and beautiful
2 x seafood platters, a kids hotdog, a triple club sandwich and a Land & Sea burger. Food was great and not overpriced for the portions. We had also been the night before for ice creams; the full size JFK sundae is AMAZING. Food order was taken and prepared swiftly enough that our toddler didn't get bored or irritable; can't ask fairer than that.
By far the best american diner in Yarmouth! You are immediately greeted by friendly staff who find you a seat. They cater for children too with highchairs. Upon immediate entrance you can see the diner is clean and well-fitted to the theme! There are many booths around the room with the bar and kitchen in the middle. The menu was large and well put together, however it would have been nice to see some lunch/light bite options. This wasnt a problem for us as we were happy with the sharer plates. As we werent too hungry we ordered a sharer platter and a sharer nachos, which were well priced and so tasty!! For drinks we had the luxury hot chocolate which was WELL WORTH the money (as you can see in the pictures) and the thick shakes, which were also the best Ive ever had! We will definitely be returning and want to thank the staff for a joyful dining experience!! I definitely recommend visiting here as for every 15 you spend you receive 1 free ticket for Joyland. There is also a takeaway door round the back if you just fancy trying the amazing shakes!! 100% recommend
We can't visit Great Yarmouth without visiting the American Diner. The food is always delicious and the price is reasonable. Really friendly staff and great atmosphere.
Nice staff and lovely atmosphere ,big portions, but twisted fries were not the shape of them and burnt this time and one of 4 burgers burnt.
Popped in this afternoon as I really fancied an ice cream sundae. The young girl who served us (glasses, auburn hair tied back in a ponytail) was amazing. So friendly and welcoming. The sundaes she made were amazing too. She was working her little socks off taking orders and bringing out food whilst others were standing round propping up the counter. I was so impressed with her attitude to work and the customers that I popped back shortly afterwards with a tip. Hopefully her boss will see this review and reward her for her service today
This is a great place to eat at anytime of the day. All of the food and drinks tasted delicious, friendly staff, and the food was brought out within 15 minutes of ordering. There's a lovely chap who works here who brought out a tub of water for our dog 2 nights running, we didn't get his name but it was very thoughtful of him Good size portions of food too. We will be back!
Great place for lunch! Loved the decor and atmosphere in here- made for a different and enjoyable lunch out for us. All the staff seemed really canny and helpful and our food and drinks didn't take long at all. We both enjoyed our cheese burgers. Lovely views from the place too of the beach and sea :) would reccomend for sure.
